François Thuillier, took advantage of global confinement in March 2020 to refocus on his music and reinvent himself.Improvisation remained at the heart of his musical approach, allowing him to continually discover new and exciting ways to play the tuba and explore contemporary repertoire with humor and freedom.

In 2023, 30 years after the release of his first CD, François celebrates his musical journey with a new solo album entitled "Doullens", a tribute to the small town where he discovered music and met people who have profoundly influenced his artistic path. This album marks an important milestone in his career, underlining his continued dedication to music and artistic exploration.
